2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we email you a dispatch confirmation. If an item is unavailable or has been listed at an incorrect price, we may decline the order and will refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is free. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we do not store card details.

4. Delivery

We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only, on the terms set out in our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellation and returns

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under our returns policy, which is offered in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Product descriptions

We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including where a finish is an effect rather than solid stone. Colours can appear differently between screens, and hand-made pieces vary slightly; this variation is described on the relevant product pages.

7. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

All text and photography on this site was produced for Heimora and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
