Shipping policy

1. Shipping destinations

We ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not currently accept orders for delivery outside the UK, and we do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders.

2. Shipping charges

Shipping is free of charge on all orders, with no minimum spend. No import duties or customs charges apply, as all orders are fulfilled and delivered domestically.

3. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days of payment being confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. The daily order cut-off is 2:00pm (Europe/London).

4. Transit time and estimated delivery

Transit takes a further 2–5 working days, giving an estimated total delivery window of 3–8 working days from the date of order. These are estimates rather than guarantees; carrier networks can be slower during peak periods and severe weather.

5. Carriers

We dispatch with Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, selected according to parcel size, weight and destination. We are unable to guarantee a specific carrier for a specific order.

6. Tracking

Tracking details are emailed automatically once your parcel has been collected by the carrier. Tracking events can take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier's system after dispatch.

7. Delays, losses and damage

A parcel is treated as lost if it has not been delivered 10 working days after the end of the estimated delivery window. In that case we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice. Damage in transit should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph, and is handled under our returns and refunds policy.

8. Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If an order is undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we will resend it once the parcel returns to us; a second dispatch is still free of charge.
