Accessibility statement

Our target

We aim to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA standard across the site. We are not claiming full certification; we are describing the standard we build and test against.

What we have done

• Descriptive alt text on every product and lifestyle image.
• A skip-to-content link and a single, logical heading structure on every page.
• Keyboard access to all navigation, product galleries and forms, with visible focus styles.
• Text contrast checked against AA thresholds on our warm neutral palette.
• Responsive layouts that reflow rather than scroll horizontally at 320px.

Known limitations

The product image zoom relies on hover, so it is not available on touch devices; tapping a thumbnail switches images instead. We are working on a tap-to-zoom alternative.
