• Cost: Free on all orders, no minimum spend

• Order cut-off: 2:00pm (Europe/London)
• Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays
• Carriers: Royal Mail, Evri, DPD

How dispatch works

Orders placed before 2:00pm on a working day enter our dispatch queue the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day. Fragile pieces are wrapped and double-boxed by hand, which is the main reason processing takes up to three days rather than a few hours.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is collected, tracking is emailed to you automatically with the carrier name and a link to follow the delivery. If the email hasn't arrived within four working days of ordering, check your spam folder and then contact us at support@heimora.store.

Remote areas

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are still free but can take two to three working days longer than the estimates above.

Missed deliveries

Carriers will normally attempt delivery, then leave a card with instructions to rearrange or collect. If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery at no cost or issue a refund.
