Delivery and returns

Delivery. We ship within the United Kingdom only. Orders placed before 2:00pm (Europe/London) on a working day enter dispatch the same day. Processing takes 1–3 working days and transit a further 2–5, so most orders arrive within 3–8 working days. Delivery is free on every order and tracking is emailed automatically at dispatch. Returns. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. A prepaid label is provided, so returns cost you nothing, and refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of the item being inspected. See returns and refunds for the full process.
